Annual Meeting Membership Notice
Saturday, June 20, 2020, 9 a.m.
Maine Lakes Society will hold its 2020 annual meeting of the membership on Saturday, June 20th at 9:00 a.m., followed by our Annual Conference keynote speaker Hilary Snook, from EPA, with a talk entitled Lake Citizen Science: Tools, Opportunities & Challenges.
Maine Lakes Society considers as members all individuals or lake associations who have paid dues or made a donation in 2019 or 2020. If you are a member, you would have received an email or a letter in the mail (if we didn’t have your email address) alerting you to this webpage, inviting you to the annual meeting, and asking you to familiarize yourself with the documents below.

The Annual Meeting will be held virtually by means of a Zoom webinar. The link to register for the meeting is HERE. Please don’t share your registration information with others but please do encourage others to register if they would like to join us.
The Agenda (click HERE) lists the business to be transacted at the annual meeting, including:
- Approval of the minutes of the 2019 annual membership meeting – Click HERE to view the 2019 minutes.
- Review Finances (including 2019 Budget vs. Actual and the 2020 budget) – Click HERE to view the budget document.
- Restated Bylaws for consideration and vote. Click HERE to view the restated bylaws.

If you are joining us for our annual meeting on June 20th you will be able to vote live at the webinar. If you are not planning to join us, we’ll miss you but you can vote by clicking the link below. Thank you for your membership that helps us keep working hard for Maine’s clean and healthy lakes.
